01 — The route

Every route,
studied first.

Redpoint is a climbing term: to climb a route clean, start to finish — after studying it, attempting it, and refining the approach. It is how we run a portfolio. Five habits, applied every month, to every property.

I

Preparation

The route is studied before the climb. Every property is surveyed, documented and costed at handover, so the first month of management is not the first month of discovery.

II

Precision

Written response times and exact figures. Not “shortly”, not “as soon as possible” — within one business day, and an update every three business days on anything still open.

III

Discipline

The promise holds every month. Statements land on the same date, compliance renewals are diarised a quarter ahead, and our own service levels are audited monthly.

IV

Persistence

Problems are worked until resolved — not closed when the contractor is booked. An issue stays on your portal, and on our board, until the property is right again.

V

Mastery

Each wave refines the next. What we learn on one building becomes the standing instruction on the next one — which is why the sixtieth handover runs better than the first.

02 — How we differ

You hear from us
before you have to ask.

01 /

Visibility

The live portal shows the true state of the property — works in progress, documents, statements, arrears. No chasing, no “let me check and come back to you”.

02 /

Proactivity

Same-day contact on anything raised, and an update every three business days while an issue is open — including the updates that say nothing has changed yet.

03 /

Accountability

Response times published in writing and audited monthly. If we miss one, it appears in your report before you notice it — with the reason and the fix.

04 /

Continuity

The team that helped you buy stays with you, purchase to exit. One named contact — not a ticket queue, not a rota, not a new account manager every spring.

03 — The model

Active Stewardship™

Lettings, maintenance, compliance and reporting held by one team under one written promise — rather than split across an agent, a contractor and an accountant who have never spoken. One point of accountability is the whole product.

05 — How it works

Four stages,
one named contact.

Stage I

Onboarding — route studied

We survey the property, build the document file, set the compliance calendar and agree the service levels in writing. You meet the person whose name is on the account.

Weeks 0–4
Stage II

Management — climb in progress

Lettings, maintenance and compliance run under the agreed levels. Anything raised gets same-day contact and a three-business-day update cadence until it closes.

Ongoing
Stage III

Reporting — position marked

A statement on a fixed date every month, a live portal in between, and an annual pack your accountant can file without asking us for anything.

Monthly · Annual
Stage IV

Continuity — purchase to exit

Re-lets, refurbishment, refinancing or sale — handled by the same team, with the full history of the property already in the file.

06 — Why we built it
“We built Redpoint because our own clients kept asking the same question: who is watching the property while I'm away?”
